Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the AS Tech API platform, panels and integrations. By using the service you agree to be bound by them.

1. Eligibility

The AS Tech API service is provided strictly to businesses that hold the licences required to operate online gaming in their target markets, and to their authorised resellers and operators. It is not intended for direct consumer use.

2. Accounts and hierarchy

Aggregators, master resellers, resellers and operators receive scoped access to the platform. Account holders are responsible for the security of their credentials, API keys and 2FA devices, and for all activity performed under their accounts and any child accounts they create.

3. Acceptable use

  • No use of the platform in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
  • No offering of the service to underage or self-excluded players.
  • No attempts to bypass RBAC, RLS, HMAC or 2FA controls.
  • No reverse engineering, load testing or scraping without written consent.

4. Commercials

GGR share, credit limits, currencies and other commercial terms are configured per account by the aggregator or upstream reseller. Balance adjustments recorded through the platform are binding once confirmed.

5. Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

6. Responsible gaming

Operators must implement responsible gaming controls (self-exclusion, deposit limits, age verification, session limits) required by their licence. AS Tech API provides the technical infrastructure; the operator remains the licence holder and controller of the player relationship.

7. Intellectual property

All software, documentation, dashboards, SDK samples and integration kits are owned by AS Tech iGaming and licensed, not sold, to the customer for the duration of the contract.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid by the customer for the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach. We may suspend access immediately on suspicion of fraud, regulatory action, chargeback abuse or non-payment.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta unless mandatory local law states otherwise.
