1. Who we are
AS Tech API (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by AS Tech iGaming, based in Valletta, Malta. We provide B2B casino, sportsbook and aggregator infrastructure to licensed operators and resellers. We do not operate a consumer-facing casino brand.
2. What data we process
- Account data — email, name, company, role and hierarchy for aggregator, reseller and operator users.
- Integration data — API keys, allowed IPs, provider whitelists and audit logs of API activity.
- Transactional data — bets, wins, rollbacks, balance adjustments and FX rates required for reconciliation.
- Player identifiers — the pseudonymous player_id passed by operators during game launches and wallet calls. We do not collect player names, addresses or payment instruments.
- Technical data — request IDs, IP address, user agent and timestamps for security and abuse prevention.
3. How we use it
- To operate the platform, authenticate users and settle transactions.
- To detect fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
- To provide reporting (GGR, NGR, bet/win volumes) to the responsible operator, reseller or aggregator.
- To comply with legal, regulatory and audit obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data under the legal bases of contract (providing the service to operators), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention) and legal obligation (record-keeping for gaming and financial regulators).
5. Sharing
We share limited data with (a) the upstream game providers required to fulfil a launch or bet request, (b) infrastructure sub-processors that host or transport data on our behalf, and (c) regulators or law enforcement where legally compelled. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Transactional records are retained for the period required by applicable gaming and financial regulations, typically up to 7 years. Account and audit records are retained for the life of the contract plus the statutory retention period.
7. Security
We use HMAC-signed API traffic, TLS in transit, role-based access control, row-level security in the database and encrypted secrets storage. Access to production data is restricted to authorised staff and logged.
8. Your rights
Operator users may request access, correction, export or deletion of their account data by contacting astech3344@gmail.com. Player-level requests must be raised through the operator that owns the player relationship.
9. Cookies
The AS Tech API website uses first-party cookies and local storage strictly to keep users signed in and to remember panel preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
