What's under the hood

The AS Tech gaming backend is a distributed system: session service (token minting, TTL, replay protection), catalog service (game metadata, availability, regional restrictions), routing service (studio protocol translation), wallet service (idempotent ledger) and reporting service (real-time GGR aggregation).

All services run active-active across multiple regions with anycast routing. p95 API latency is 42ms; RPO for wallet writes is under 5 seconds cross-region.

Observability & incident response

Every request generates an OpenTelemetry trace with propagation headers between AS Tech and the operator. Operators can share their trace IDs during incident triage; AS Tech ops can share ours. Median incident resolution: 12 minutes.
