What is the agent system?

The agent system is the dominant B2C-through-B2B model in South and South-East Asia. Instead of players depositing to the operator directly, they deposit cash to a local agent (a shopkeeper, tech-savvy neighbour or WhatsApp contact). The agent debits their credit line with the operator to fund the player's wallet; players play; on withdrawal the agent hands back cash and the operator credits the agent.

Multi-tier commissions

A player generates GGR. The agent who onboarded them earns a percentage (typically 10–25%). The master-agent above earns a smaller cut (2–8%). The super-agent above that earns an even smaller cut (1–3%). Every downline transaction rolls up automatically.

How is this different from affiliates?+

Affiliates route web traffic; agents handle cash and hold credit. Agents are typically physical humans mediating deposits/withdrawals — affiliates are marketers.

Credit line enforcement?+

Every player deposit debits the agent's credit line. If the line hits zero, the agent must top up (via bank transfer to the operator) before onboarding more players.

Number of tiers?+

Up to 5 by default. Deeper hierarchies available on request but rarely useful.

Commission cadence?+

Weekly by default, monthly optional. Agents see running commission in real time; settlement is on cadence.

Anti-collusion controls?+

Same-device detection, IP proximity checks and cash-flow anomaly detection flag agent-player collusion patterns.

Is it separate from affiliates?+
